We would like first to describe a classic menu suitable for the wedding.
I will describe the timing so that you can get an idea for that day.
As a welcome aperitif, it offers iced Prosecco, Sangria, Negroni light, Bellini cocktails, tropical juices, Chardonnay white wine.
On a specially prepared buffet will be arranged trays of assorted canapés, rustic and Tuscan croutons with mushrooms, olive patè, tomato bruschetta, cannellini beans.
The corner of Norcino with ham with a knife-bitten vise, salami and mortadella, we will approach this also the corner of goats with fresh ricotta, pecorino cheese and parmesan flakes with onion jam and red pepper.
During the service the waiters serve their customers with fried vegetables and fried polenta. Spelled salad, rice and vegetable orzotto salad will be served on the buffet. These aperitifs / appetizers are served at the arrival of the guests, they make a great impression and immediately give the sensation to the guests to participate in a rich unqualified ceremony.
After the usual photos, we recommend going to the table for the dishes served and as a first course we propose a Taleggio champagne risotto and zucchini, delicate and tasty. A Michelangelo fan stuffed with mozzarella and cooked ham, sprinkled with fresh tomatoes and oregano, then passed in the oven is a simple dish but of sure result.
As a second course we propose the cross-section of the ox with green pepper or balsamic vinegar.On the side we will add braised vegetables, with potato pearls with rosemary.
We will then pass to the cut of the cake that can be made where the aperitifs were served. With the cake we also prepare the buffet for the bar where we will find coffee, bitters and distillates. On another buffet we prepare a beautiful fruit or fruit compote with a wide selection.
White and red wine, sweet and dry sparkling wine are included in the price that we indicate. The chair covers and the tablecloth are also included in the limited offer selection.
